Coating with Offcuts
During the bag-making process, we collect leather offcuts, fiber remnants, and material fragments that would otherwise become waste. These pieces are reclaimed, processed, and transformed by blending them with eco-friendly binders or coatings.
Through this method, production waste gains a second life—reducing the need for virgin materials while minimizing environmental impact.
The resulting material not only carries a lower footprint but also presents a unique texture and visual depth, allowing sustainability to become an integral part of the design itself.
